职位描述
1. Organisation :
1) report to the General Manager
2) functional report to the Engineering department of the headquarter in Belgium
3) collaborate with the production manager and with the purchase manager
4) control directly 1 inspection worker
2. Assignments :
1) Control the technical requirements on the finished products according the AS specifications and the customer orders in terms of functionality, reliability, finish aspect
2) Execute the quality control on the whole production process, especially incoming inspection, finished products inspection
3) Adapt existing part drawings when needed to answer to local requirements
4) Design customisation of the finish product according customer requirements and when approved by headquarter Engineering department : find technical solution and execute detailed drawings for production
5) Insure that the Builds of Material and Routes are correct, complete and ready to use for the production process, into the ERP system
6) Adapt the technical documentation for the production and for the customers
3. Tasks :
1) Develop tools and techniques to improve the productivity
2) Analyse technical propositions coming from suppliers or from production team in order to improve the process, the cost or the quality of the products.
3) Establish and follow the key performance indicators of quality and of total product cost
4) Configure the embedded software according the customer requirements
4. Education & experience:
1) Technical degree in mechanics and/or automation
2) 5 years experience in engineering department with CAD drawing and/or in quality insurance
5. Skills :
1) Good knowledge of English : speaking, reading, writing
2) Rigorous
3) Use of Catia CAD system, use of ERP system (esp. BOM and routes)
6. Targets :
1) Quality : insure the quality inspection of the products delivered to the customers
2) Product Performance : insure the finish products are fully functional
7. Guidelines provided by AS:
1) Drawings and BOM of parts and subassemblies
2) Technical documentations
3) Configuration tools of the embedded software
4) Production procedures and quality specifications
