Job Scope

As a core member of the SBU Management Team,
- The candidate participates to the SBU strategy definition and implementation.
- The candidate is the commercial leader responsible for overall review, implementation & execution of the global commercial strategy, developing global Microvit market share in line with SBU direction to ensure profitability for the business while ensuring customer centricity. He/she is the Microvit interface for GKAs.

Main Responsibilities
1. SBU strategy: As member of the SBU management team, he/she participates to the definition of the SBU strategy. He/she will be also in charge of the implementation of this strategy for commercial activities (Microvit Global Commercial Strategy).
2. Review, Implement & Execution of the Microvit Global Commercial Strategy
a. To define the global short, mid to long term strategy
b. Establish the global pricing policies by customer segment
c. Monitor the global margins, price and volume/allocation of vitamins
d. Push for direct shipments from distribution hubs for Microvit Portfolio
Owner and in charge of reviewing & updating the Global Commercial Strategy
2. Ensure Profitable and Sustainable Sales of the SBU and to reach the annual Budget/Commercial Targets for geographical zone; Review global sales & margins of Microvit clients on a monthly basis and adjusting commercial plans to reach SBU targets.
3. Commercial Activities: sell directly to Adisseo Global Key Accounts and working with Regional Business Managers to attain sales objectives (Budget, Target & Forecast).
4. Review Yearly Forecast with regions and build the rolling forecast, analyse sales and margins for Microvit and build action plans to reach the validated yearly forecast. Decide regional allocation and working with global Supply Chain & Purchasing team to ensure stock availability, identify gaps and implement action plans to support targets.
5. Contributor of Global S&OP, Business Review & Challenge Forecast to review monthly global sales results and targets, aligning direction with SBU Management Team.
6. Market Intelligence monitoring & analysing market trends via internal and external networks regarding competition, supply, demand and prices. Share regularly market information on Salesforce and SharePoint to build commercial & operational decisions.
6. Build Sales Budget with SBU Team and Regional Business Managers ensuring adequate resources allocation to deliver the annual target. Follow up on attainment of Budget (Sales volume, price, margins), KPIs, identify risks and action plans to close gaps.
7. Review Customer Segmentation annually with Regional Business Managers to determine commercial strategy & tactics and deliverance of commercial forecasts and targets.
8. Collaborate with Operational Activities with SBU operation team (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory) in Shanghai to allocate adequate resources (availability, registration, stock and cost effectiveness) to deliver SBU commercial targets.
9. Marketing working closely with SBU Marketing, Regional Business Managers & Support team in line with SBU Marketing Plan to reinforce the Microvit brand. Adapt product positioning and communication campaigns to differentiate Microvit products. Work with SBU Marketing team to write the monthly newsletter & adapt operational activities.
10. Digitalisation Tools for Effective Business Management Ensuring timely and effective usage of online tools (SharePoint, Salesforce & OneNote) to better manage and share information globally in SBU and regions.
11. Set, Align & Evaluate Targets & Incentives for Regional Business Managers aligning and evaluating regional incentives with Regional Directors. To recommend training for Regional Business managers and marketing.

? Direct Reports: 4 Regional Business Managers and marketing.
? Travel: 20% to 30% of work month

? SBU: SBU Director, Finance & Digitalisation manager, SBU contract and strategic project manager, Operation manager, Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing Manager, Quality & Regulatory manager,
? Global & Support Functions: VP Sales & Marketing, Head of Market Access, Head of Supply Chain and Head of Purchasing.
? Region: Regional Director, Regional Business Managers.
? External: Global Key Accounts, clients, distributors, agents, press & journalists

PROFILE REQUIRED
Background & Experience:
1. Masters degree in Animal Nutrition, Husbandry or Business Management
2. 8 to 10 years relevant management experience in vitamins or commodity trading business. Knowledge of feed industry, feed additives a plus.
3. Fluent professional English and Chinese Mandarin would be a plus.
4. Project Management & People Management skills with high learning agility.
5. Ability to work with digital tools Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneNote and Salesforce.
