职位描述：
Mission:
-Manage 3PL to guarantee physical flow (including the raw materials, components and finished goods flows, storage locations and external warehouses) efficiency & smoothly.
-Make sure that Quality, Cost, Delivery, Involvement and Safety standards are properly implemented.
-Is involved in any action aimed at improving theses standards.
-Lead logistic optimization project to achieve cost saving, lean logistic target.get.

Responsibilities:
-3PL suppliers management
-SAP core system integration preparation
-Physical flow tracking, implementation & optimization
-Returnable logistic management and flow design
-Consolidate and summarize the Daily, Weekly & Monthly logistic reports
-Daily, weekly and monthly delivery rate(D+0/D+1), damage rate & inventory control analysis
-Participation to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (QRQC)
-Qualified logistic supplier selection and performance control
-Key logistic projects supporting

Education/Training:
-Project management skill
-Logistic operation trouble shooting skill
-Knowledge and skill of statistic analysis
-Knowledge and professional of office tools and office organization
-Interpersonal & communication skills
