职位描述：
? 确保正确执行所有公司的促销活动（如果适用）
? 确保所有产品根据合同要求和直线经理的要求正确的标价
? 始终确保零售区域货品充足
? 有效分析及管理所有项目点的成本
? 确保通过与客户的经常沟通以获取最准确的就餐人数并依此对用餐人数及营业额做出准确预估
? 确保客户要求传达到各部门后，确保有效的计划
? 确保通过控制食品份量、正确准备和存储的手段控制浪费、减少开支
? 确保每周进行盘点
? 根据直线经理的指示对公司员工的用餐进行标准化管理
? 依照人工预算，确定人员排班
? 有效地对所有项目点成本进行分析和管理
? 确保按照预算及直线经理要求有效管理所有成本

任职要求：
? 大专以上学历
? 熟练操作办公软件
? 身体健康， 具有从事餐饮行业的资质
? 有同行业3年以上工作经验，
? 有星级酒店ADD餐厅、咖啡吧或知名外资连锁餐营业餐厅经理或主管工作经验的优先考虑
? 优秀的管理、领导及提高团队的能力
? 良好的沟通技巧
