Introduction

-We are looking for a Product Manager for of M2 CNC system in Nanjing.

西门子正在南京招聘运动控制产品经理，主要负责M2市场的数控系统，并与德国总部对接。

What are my responsibilities?

Goals/Mission:

- Introduce and ramp up the business of M2 CNC system to defined target machine tool market worldwide by providing competitive feed motors.

- Define right product to target market, with unique selling points and with profitable business growth.

Working Partners/Contacts:

Internal: Product management and R&D in F80 and in S18, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing & promotion, sales , CS, etc

External: MTS OEM customers, end users, distributor, System integrator

Tasks:

- define key product features which are competitive to key competition and also bring more customer value.

- Define the market potential, target customer price (KP) and business ramp up plan with well alignment with target business regions.

- Cooperate with R&D and production, to ensure the product can reach the defined cost, and released with defined timeline

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Drive Technology, Automation or related;

Knowledge/Languages:

- Product technology (advanced)

- MTS market, Technology (turning and milling), key competition, Application, OEM,

- fluent in both oral and written English skill.

Experience:

- PLM process and CRM process

- Worked in MNC or multi-national projects

- Experience in BU / working abroad
