职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、根据公司的标准化要求管理所在医院内部各科室之间物品的运送，包括药品、器械、化验单、标本及病人等；

2、确保公司运作、财务、人力资源、培训政策与程序的执行；

3、定期走访客户，听取客户对工作的意见，提高服务品质；

4、负责对下属的管理、指导、培训、激励、招聘、考核；

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，性别户籍不限，诚恳有责任心；
2、具有丰富的人员招聘、培训，以及调、排班等经验；
3、5年以上服务行业或劳动力密集型行业现场管理工作经验，有大型酒店、商场或医院物业保洁管理工作经验者优先；
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力、专业形象和团队协作意识；
5、具有很强的适应能力和承受较大工作压力的能力；
6、能够适应医院工作环境。
