职位描述：
一、职责描述：
1、根据生产计划组织所需外购件要货，确保所需生产物料按期量到货；
2、根据配件计划，组织向供应商下达配件采购定单，确保按期量到货；
3、根据特改文要求，组织改装车物料，评估过程风险，确保满足生产需要；
4、根据外购件存货指标要求，控制库存占用资金，负责滞库物料的处置；
5、组织对供应商交付水平评价，按物料风险管理办法实施动态控制。
二、任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上物流管理、生产管理等工作经验，商用车整车企业物料计划经理优先；
3、熟悉汽车企业业务和生产制造流程，熟悉供应链管理、计划管理知识；
4、具有较强的组织协调、计划管理、应变能力；
