职位描述：
Responsibilities 工作职责：
1) Manage information technology and computer systems
负责公司电脑、网络设备、服务器、内部局域网等软硬件的管理，维护和故障排除
2) Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
组织和监控电子信息数据运作
3) Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
建立并实施IT数据系统的管理流程和管理制度
4) Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
管理交换机、路由器、防火墙和VPN虚拟网络等，负责数据系统备份， 确保网络和数据信息的安全
5) Preserve assets, information security and control structures
控制和维护电子监控、录音、门禁等系统
6) In conjunction with external programmers, maintain the company’s website and management intranet
与软件开发商联系，维护和管理公司网站，业务软件系统等


Requirements 任职资格：
1. Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
具有IT管理的相关工作经验
2. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
熟悉服务器、路由器等网络设备维护，系统信息分析和计算机硬件、软件系统的管理
3. Expertise in data center management and data governance
具备数据管理和信息安全知识
4. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
有计算机网络安装、维护和管理的经验，熟悉Windows系统和各类网络协议和服务
5. Basic knowledge of computer programming for web sites and intranets
了解网站/网页/业务软件系统的开发和设计的相关知识
6. Good English reading, writing skills
