职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

- Continuous improvement EPSc assembly line, including cycle time reduction, OEE increase, quick change over
- Problem analysis and solving for EPSc assembly line
- EPSc assembly line design for new products regards to different projects
- Coordination of suppliers for new machine and fixture build

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
1. To assist to develop assembly process for new products
2. To assist design of assembly line layout according to lean production
3. To optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal.
4. To prepare detailed process/machine specification
5. To conduct relevant tasks for APQP (PFMEA, DFQ, SOP)
6. To review supplier design concept
7. To implement and commission machinery during build and install process(PPAP)
8. To assist to do machines pre-acceptance and final-acceptance
9. To handover to production and mainte***ce, including conducting operator training
10. To provide input for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)
11. To support and consult with Quality in terms of quality issues (Control Plan)
12. To support and consult with Purchasing department in supplier development
13. To support Process Engineering and Product manufacturing Engineering on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities and continuous improvement projects as related to: Cycle Times & Line Balance, IE Methods or skill
14. To take part in problem solving including manufacturing process, bottleneck management and quality
15. To participate in implementation of BPS(Bosch Production System) and CIP(Continuous Improvement Process

工作经历
Working experience Around 3~5 years working experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering, prefer in Automotive industrial
教育水平
Education Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
英语水平
English Fluent both in spoken and written English
德语水平
German unrequested
计算机应用水平Computer
Windows XP package, MS Office, AutoCAD / ProE

专业资格
Qualification

Experience and good working knowledge of Lean Assembly and Manufacturing
Good knowledge in mechanical and machine improvement
Good knowledge of TS16949, EHS

We are dedicated to the development and manufacture of the advanced automobile Electric Power Steering System products, and committed to be one of the most reliable suppliers to its global renowned customers. Thus the establishment of this new plant in Nanjing will enable Bosch to make further contribution in this field.
新厂房分两期建设: 首期规划约20,000 M2用于EPSapa的生产区域建设，逐步扩建，于2015年完工。二期规划新增了8000 M2用于齿轮和转向螺母的生产区域建设，现场生产这些零部件。2015年中期，开始系统生产，员工已达到350人左右。员工人数将配合产能的扩充而增加。
The new plant will be built in two phases: In the first section, EPSapa production will be established over a total usable space of around 20,000 M2. Expansion is to be carried out gradually and will be completed in 2015. In the second section, manufacture of racks and steering nuts is to be added over a usable space of some 8,000 M2. The components will be used for production on site. Series production will commence in mid-2015,now the new plant already has around 350 employees. The headcount is to increase in line with the stages of expansion.
