1.Represent customer requirements internally

4.Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization
确立、招聘和发展工厂质量组织
5.Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards
确保部门遵循所有安全/法规要求
6.Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
向所有相关方报告质量结果，并为质量记录/文件存档
7.Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance
就供货商质量保证问题与采购组织在所有相关活动中进行合作
8.Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured
当产品质量不能得到保证时，介入产品的发展、制造或交付。

任职资格：
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering 工程专业本科学历
2.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience在相关专业中至少5年工作经验
3.Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry有制造经验，有汽车工业工作经验尤佳
4.Solid knowledge of Quality in Production熟悉生产质量相关知识
5.Process orientation注重过程
6.Good communication skills沟通能力强
7.Customer relationship experience有客户关系处理经验
8.Minimum bi-lingual (English required) 至少掌握两种语言（必须掌握英语）

Job Description :
The role of a Plant Quality Manager is to guarantee that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the Group System, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.

The main missions of the role are to:
？Represent customer requirements internally.
？Define Plant Quality objectives and monitor progress.
？Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Group System.
？Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization.
？Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.
？Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
？Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
？Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
-Manufacturing experience in Tier One autoparts company in plant area.
-Solid knowledge of Quality in Production management in handling above 300 people plant circumstance
-Process orientation
-Strong Communication skills & self motivation
-Customer relationship experience ( Japanese customer handling experience will be a plus)
-Strong leadership skill with big team ( above 20 ) management experience
-Detail orientated with strong data analysis skill
-Ability of self-driven and strong influence skill
