职位描述：

- For our Digital Factory Division in NANJING,we are looking for a SNC R&D Technical Writer (Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司研发部技术文档工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Develop technical documentation (user manuals, online help documents, etc.) in English and Chinese for SNC RD products (CNC, drives, inverters, and motors), which covers the following key topics:

编写公司研发的数控、驱动、变频器及电机产品的中英文技术资料（用户手册， 在线帮助文档等）。工作内容主要如下：

- Have a deep understanding of project requirements, product design specifications, and reference materials (for example, competitors’ technical documentation), etc.

深入理解项目需求、产品设计规范、参考文献（如竞争对手的产品手册）等

- Make technical clarification with project members and understand the product features by taking a hands-on approach

与项目团队成员持续进行技术澄清， 并采用动手实践的方式熟悉产品

- Develop technical documentation, organize documentation review and update documentation

编写技术资料，组织并参与资料审阅与修改

- Complete technical documentation translation

完成相关技术资料的翻译

2. Undertake all assigned translation tasks (English/Chinese) from external partners

完成分配的所有中英文翻译任务

3. Undertake additional tasks assigned

完成部门安排的其他工作

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in English (TEM-8, level: Excellent) or relevant technical fields (CET-6 with excellent scores); Minimum 2 years of work experience in technical writing and translation. Candidate with experience in multimedia documentation development is a plus.

英语专业或相关技术专业本科以上学历。英语专业要求具有英语专业八级（TEM-8）证书， 成绩优秀；技术类专业要求具有CET-6级证书， 成绩优秀。 至少两年技术文档开发工作经验及翻译经验。有多媒体文档开发经验者可优先考虑。

2. Excellent command of English language skills, especially in writing and speaking.

具备优秀的英语运用能力，尤其是英文说写精通。

3. Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

熟练掌握Adobe Photoshop和Illustrator的操作。

4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
