职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 识别和评估OSH风险，防止火灾，污染和其他职业病风险,提供对应解决措施；
2. 根据法律法规和集团OSH方针开展工作，负责内外部的审核；
3. 负责编写OSH年度目标和实施方案；
4. 负责组织OSH会议，监督和执行会议纪要；
5. 生产现场安全检查、工艺危害分析和过程安全管理；
6. 负责供应商的现场检查、许可证和施工方案审核；
7. 制定应急疏散演练计划和方案并实施；
8. 负责工厂的安全保卫、防止盗窃和火灾风险；
9. 负责工作安全分析，制定改善方案减少事故；
10. 完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，工科专业；
2. 五年以上OSH工作经验，注册安全工程师资质；
3. 能识别现场风险并从技术角度提出规避措施并监督整改实施；
4. 流利的英语听说读写能力。

Xuzhou Rothe Erde Ring Mill Co., Ltd. (XREM) was registered in Xuzhou in 2005 as a wholly foreign owned company by Rothe Erde GmbH of Germany ThyssenKrupp and locates in Luoshan Road, Xuzhou Economic Development Zone. The registered capital is 2,774 million dollars.
Rothe Erde is the worldwide leading manufacturer of non-ferrous metal rings, headquarter is located in Dortmund, and the research & development centre is in Lippstadt, Germany.
The foundation for success in XREM is more than 100 years of experience in steel working from Rothe Erde, and advanced production equipments, the core equipment of which is produced and installed by SMS GmbH. The seamless rolled rings as structure elements are for Wind Power, Gear Rings, and Mechanical engineer, offshore technology, Slewing Bearing, Large Valves, Pipeline, and Tanks.
