职位描述：
OBJECTIVE

- Ensure the customer is satisfied with the NVH performance of CVT products

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES

- Determine and continuously improve the process that guarantees good and consistent NVH performance of CVT products in all customer applications.
- Technological focus points of the NVH lab :
- Minimize the vibration source of CVT products, for example by optimized gear design
- Minimize the vibration transfer of CVT products into the vehicle passenger cabin by close cooperation with the vehicle OEM, and intelligent design proposals to reduce the noise transfer path
- Arrange NVH lab resources in accordance with the process and technological focus
- Customer escalation point for NVH issues


KNOWLEDGE

- B.A. degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, etc.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in the field of NVH and/or gear design, including the design tools (for example KissSoft, LMS, others)
- Good knowledge of new component development procedures, and issue handling strategies
- Good knowledge of team management methods and strategy deployment

- Good analytical skills and persistency to solve difficult issues
- Ability to gain any missing skills quickly
- Good communication skill
- Good leadership skill
- Good English skill
- Positive and responsive attitude towards responsibilities
