Work Scope
? Development and management of compliance and beyond compliance projects, with a focus on delivery of the scope on time, within budget and with a high quality outcome
? Map, assess, manage and communicate gaps and opportunities to ensure effective transition of external demands to internal stakeholders
? Report to leadership and provide decision support through HR and assessment tools metrics
? Identify current strengths and weakness within the department, plan and execute improvement projects
Qualifications
? Remarkable HR management experience in the manufacturing industry.
? Proven team management skills and successful project management implementation.
? Strategic and Adaptive thinking with strong business acumen.
? Effective presentation and public speaking skills
? Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin
? Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
? Proficient with MS Office suite, Word, Excel and Power Point
? University degree at Masters-level in relevant area (engineering, business administration, etc.).
