职位描述：
OBJECTIVE
Improve testing result of test bench and reduce high reject due to bad function and noise.
Define and implement the testing standard and evaluation criterion
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES
Responsible for the management of leakage test machine and test bench in production line;
Collect and analyze daily testing data ;
Deal with leakage issue, take steps to solve relative material issue; Analyze noise and bad function issue then define action to reduce noise reject rate.
Study on noise results got by test bench and car test, improve testing condition to combine the results; Communicate with PPS to make function and noise improvement.
Communicate with R&D to carry out testing for new type of transmission
Build up and maintain quality systems to TS16949 standard.
To meet the requirements of TS16949 / ISO14001 standard in routine works.
Is needed for
above 3 years experience working experience in NVH sound field
relatively working experience in Foreign founded, or J.V company with multi-national management Environment;
background of manufacturing company
University educated and certificated.
Acoustic knowledge (microphones, sound sources).
Electronic Data Acquisition, signal Analysis
Report Generation, knowledge on vehicle Design. 举报 分享
