Responsibilities:
1.Acting as specialist in HV system test for Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) and Battery Electric vehicles (BEV).
2.Interface/coordinator between customer’s HV-Safety requirements and HV component tests performed by component suppliers (HV component certification/release process).
3.As member of the HV-Safety group, support Magna E/E team and EV team (Electric Vehicle) in all activities/work related with HV Systems.
4.Skilled electrical person with technical understanding of the fundamentals of electricity (voltage, current, capacity, inductance, grounding in automotive area) and practical electrical skills, capable to identify electrical risks, electrical hazards and define protective electrical measures.
5.To Select, inspect and mount different equipment for bus communication and both low voltage and high voltage analog measurements in HV test benches and vehicles.
6.Design and wiring of customized electrical circuits for HV analog measurements.
7.To plan and perform HV electrical performance tests, like potential equalization, Insulation test, AC/DC charging tests and HV discharge tests, analyze issues and prepare reports.
8.To plan and perform LV electrical performance tests, like over load tests, voltage tests, queasiest current measurement and thermal tests.
9.Trouble shooting and work in high voltage systems in non-live and live state up to 1000V.
10.Review, follow and update of internal documentation regarding to international and national electrical safety standards, technical automotive standards and regulations in China as well as Europe and USA standards.
11.Work with customer together to prepare regular meeting/status reports.

Requirements:
1.Degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering.
2.Experiences with HV-Safety requirements and specifications for HV components/systems
3.Senior system engineer with experience (at least 8 years) in automotive electrical/electronic systems.
4.Good Knowledge of high voltage vehicle architectures (HEV, PHEV,BEV).
5.Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in HV systems in Automotive (Vehicle or test bench).
6.Experience of circuit engineering and wiring circuits according to safety procedures.
7.Experience in electrical work on high voltage systems and confidence using manual tools in electrical fitting work.
8.Experience of HV charging systems (AC, DC) is preferred.
9.Knowledge of electrical protective systems for HV systems up to 1000V.
10.Familiar with international/national electrical safety standards and regulations for automotive HV systems is required.
11.Proof of adequate health state for working in electrical systems up to 1000V is required.
12.Experience using software for bus communication/diagnostic (e.g. CANOE) is required.
13.Experience using software for analog measurements (e.g.IPETRONIK, KLARIC, NI) is required.
14.Experience using software for ECU application (e.g.INCA/CANape) is an advantage.
15.Programming skills in language Capl, ASCET, SIMULINK is an advantage.
16.Able to manage independently & ability to be self-starter.
17.Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc.
18.Good communication ability in English.
19.Open mind and team work with people from different cultures.
