主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1.责任领域的质量检测及质量改善。Evaluate and improve parts & unit Quality in responsiblearea.

2．责任领域的质量改善的计划及推进。Plan and promote quality evaluation activities for responsible area.

3．在责任领域,生产工序的审核和问题改善 Audit and improve the process and solve the issue in responsible area

4. 在责任领域,建立和维护检测标准及程序。Establish and maintain procedures and inspection standards in responsible area

5．对检测部门的质量检测设备提供技术支持。Provide technical support of the quality evaluation equipment to inspection section.

6．支持经理,助理经理,主管的工作。Support the Manager, Assistant Manager & Supervisor’s job.

7. 保持并改善职责区域内的安全环境和5S工作。Maintain and improve safety environment and 5S in the responsible area

1)负责制定本部门与环境因素相关的特殊作业的作业指导书.Responsible for establishing the special operation instructor of positions which is related with the environmental factor in department;

2)负责实施检验员教育培训. Responsible for the training to inspector

3) 严格监督/执行与环境因素相关作业指导书.Supervise and implement the operation instructor related with environmental factor.

4) 出现异常情况时立即按应急处理程序处理. Treat the abnormal situation according to the emergency response procedure.

1． 大专或本科学历(工科优先) 又同等水平的学力。Minimum 2-years degree in engineering field or equivalent.

2． 1年以上行业工作经验或等同经历。More than 1 year experience in an environment of industry or equivalent.

3． 责任领域的专业技术 Technical knowledge of responsible area

4． 计算机技术例如word、excel。Computer skill. E.g. word, excel.

5． 日语或英语语言能力 Japanese or English language ability

6． 质量控制方法例如SPC、FMEA。Knowledge of quality control method. ex. SPC、 FMEA.

7． 汽车和发动机结构一般知识。General knowledge of vehicle & Engine structure

8． 无损探伤机器的国家资格(素材/零部件领域只是适用) National cortication of Non-destructive inspection equipment (Apply for Casting & Parts Inspection)

1.汽车相关的工作经验和教育背景（发动机相关经验优先） Experience education background about Automobile industry (Prefer experience of engine related engineering).

2.责任领域的工作或检查经验。 Experience of responsible area’s operation or Inspection

3.ISO9000外部审员资格Certification of ISO9000 external auditor

4.计量的国家资格 (设备工程师只是适用)National Certification of gage control (Apply for Inspection facility Engineer)

  长安福特马自达发动机有限公司由重庆长安汽车股份有限公司、福特汽车公司和马自达汽车株式会社共同合资兴建。公司注册资本17270万美元，其中重庆长安汽车股份有限公司占股份的50%，福特汽车公司与马自达汽车株式会社各占股份的25%。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was jointly invested by Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Ford Motor Company, and Mazda Motor Corporation, total registered capital reaching USD172.7 million, in which Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. holds 50% of the shares, Ford Motor Company and Mazda Motor Corporation respectively hold 25% each.
  公司于2005年9月26日正式成立，于2007年4月26日完成生产线建设并投入批量生产。公司主要产品包括BZ和NEW I4两大系列发动机，排量覆盖1.3L至2.3L。2010年，公司发动机产销量分别达213053台及212232台。2011年底，公司产品谱系新增Sigma系列发动机，产能跃升至43万台/年。目前公司在产的发动机均采用了轻质铝合金气缸体和气缸盖、注塑进气歧管、VCT机构（可变凸轮正时）、VIS机构（可变进气系统）、TSCV机构（进气漩涡控制阀）、MFI结构（多点电控燃料喷射）以及平衡轴机构等先进技术，以优化动力性能、燃料经济性、排放和NVH（噪音、振动、平顺性）性能，集成了发动机设计的各项新成果。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
