Business scope:AEG Components

Responsibilities:
1.Achieve order intake and gross margin objectives of Re-export business (海外业务)through Chinese contractors/investors.
2.Constantly oversee the respective markets
3.Collect customer's information, listen and understand customer's needs, constraints and priorities.
4.Develop customer intimacy with Chinese contractors/investors, design institutes, engineering consultant , industrial associations, or government agencies.
5.Identify customer’s decision making structure.
6.Meet regularly the customer at all stages of sales process, from detection to execution
7.Assess the customer's satisfaction, handle customer dissatisfaction and find the best solutions.
8.Demonstrate capabilities and value proposition of products and solutions
9.Assess project complexity, scope and context, systems or products approach.
10.Define sales strategy by working closely with PLs/destination regions at both bid-to-bid and bid-to-buy stage. (pricing, bidding strategy, product gap, qualifications, etc.)
11.To explore various partnership such as Consortium or exclusivity in addition to standard supplier/customer relationship.
12.Technical & Commercial clarification at bidding phase
13.Technical and commercial T&Cs negotiation.
14.Ensure Report data accuracy
15.Ensure CRM data accuracy (SPEAK)
16.Manage customer information in CRM (SPEAK)
17.Collect the Contractor market information and share internally at a regular basis, to understand the latest moves of Chinese Contractors and equipment manufacturers.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree. Engineering background is preferred
2.5-8 years working experience as a project-based Sales
3.Good command of English, both in written and spoken
4.Technical background will be a plus
5.Working experience in EPC (海外总包商)contractor is preferred
6.Cross-cultural & cross-region communication and influencing skills
7.Good commercial sense & Customer-oriented working style
