We can accept the new graduates in related major, will arrange skill training of 6 to 12 months for the new joiner.
Full responsibility on magnet manufacturing process and internal project. Liaison for customer and internal team
Raw material inspection and confirmation.
Physics analysis for the quality problem of raw material, reason analysis and report to the customer, internal FPY team and management team.
New project involvement, including automation machine investment, new plant relocation project.
Team member of internal FPY team, corrective action plan.
Requirement:
Master degree of powder metallurgy, material science. Overseas education background is a plus.
Good analytical skill & problem solving skill, must be a hands-on person.
Logical thinking, smart, willing to learn.
