职位描述：
Position Summary
1、To analyze requirements, write business requirement analysis report according to the business workflow;
2、Deliver system solutions，function testing, and do the product demonstration;
3、the Java / .Net Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components;
4、supports and/or installs software applications and components;
5、works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.

Duties & Responsibilities
? Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JAVA or C#/VB.NET
? Strong at program trouble shooting and debug ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#)
? Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
? Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
? Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
? Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
? Create technical specifications and test plans

Position Specification
? Have good IT knowledge & background
? Good in trouble shooting application problems.
? BA/MS degree in Computer Science or other related majors.
? Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
? Familiar with OA or ERP is preferred;
? Good English speaking and writing;
