职位描述：
Responsibilities: 

• Conduct squeak and rattle testing using 4 post road simulation facility;
• MTS hardware & RPC software experience would be highly regarded;
• Development of test facility control systems-drive file development;
• Reduce test costs by utilizing more efficient and effective planning and test methods;
• Develop multi engineering discipline for cross-functional applications;
• Alignment of facility, processes and procedures;
• An aptitude to learning and development will be highly regarded;
• Develop and maintain quality standards for testing;
• Manage test scheduling in conjunction with the Ford internal customer groups;
• Instruct technician team members to deliver test outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above;
• 5 to 8 years testing experiences of Squeak & Rattle working experience in Automotive Industry;
• Technical Skills in Lab-view, PLC, Squeak & Rattle - MTS Hardware & Software;
• Skills in developing multi engineering -discipline in Multi Axis Simulation, Squeak & Rattle, environmental, hydraulic, and vehicle body structure testing;
• Skills in facility hardware technical development and good knowledge on hydraulic control system.
• Project scheduling & planning skills and good understanding of automotive engineering & Testing knowledge;
• Good English communication;
• Strong desire to deliver results and customer focus with teamwork;
• Ability to guide & coach younger, less experienced team members.
