职位描述：
Job Description
1. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements
2. Develop and innovate new products & application solutions according to customer requirement and technical specification
3. Manage a project from customer inquiry until SOP, including cost analysis, product design, resource coordinating, plan management, souring of new part and so on.
4. Support sales and marketing action
5. Drive the problem solving process to optimize the product design and performance
6. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor ( 5 years above) / Master degree (1.5 years above)in the mechanical engineering.
- Good performance in university (Transcripts for bachelor and Master are necessary ), excellent student , patent owner and experience as a project owner is preferred.

Experience
- Professional experience as an R&D engineer or project manager at least 1.5 years.
- Project management experience in R&D or engineering project, familiar with APQP process is preferred.
- Experience of product function design, product structure design, and 2D part drawing design is preferred.

Skills
- Very good technical understanding and background in the mechanical engineering and design.
- Proven capability in carrying out new product development projects
- Ability of working under a high pressure
- Good self- study ability for new project and knowledge improving
- Open mind for communication and new ideas.
- High implementation capacity
- High power of driving the project to achieve the goal
- Interest in product design
- Highly self-motivated and engaged
- Very good English skill, could communicate freely
