岗位职责
1、负责市场店铺的日常设备设施的维修以及保养；
2、负责市场维修人员的作息、内务、考评等工作；
3、制定店铺的机电设备的保养及维修标准和计划；
4、定期对店铺当值人员进行店铺突发事件的应急培训；
5、对店铺上报需外判的项目进行现场检查，提供数据、照片支持；
6、维保期内的店铺，与承建商及相关项目经理对店铺进行检查验收和交接；
7、负责店铺的小型维修改造工程；
8、月度维修商维修费用的审核和请款资料准备；
9、负责市场维修商发展和系统维修商状态维护，确保维修商可供正常选择使用；
10、与营运部及公司其他部门保持良好沟通。
任职资格
1、专科以上学历（机电相关专业、有电工证优先）；
2、3年以相关维修工作经验，1年以上团队管理经验优先；
3、熟悉空调系统或供配电系统，能独立制定店铺的维修方案或排查故障方案；
4、吃苦耐劳，有较强的团队意识；能够不定时和长时间努力工作；
5、能适应不定期出差
