职位描述：
1. Organize and coordination TPM activity;
2. Make and update TPM implementation plan; follow up implementation statement;
3. Monthly TPM report, KPI trace and follow up, include maintenance time, cost etc.;
4. Support autonomous maintenance system, document update.
5. Coordinate with production and logistic department to arrange the planned maintenance;
6. Be responsibility for main problem collection, experience share with maintenance, production and MAE design department.
7. Department manager arrange other works.
1. 组织协调公司的全员生产维护工作。
2. 制订，维护全员生产维护工作的计划，跟踪计划完成情况。
3. 月度TPM报告，KPI 关键指标的跟踪及追踪，包括维修时间，维修费用等。
4. 支持自主维护系统的维护，文件编写及跟新
5. 与生产，物流各相关部门协调计划性维修。
6. 负责维修问题中的主要问题收集，经验教训总结，提供给维修，生产以及设备设计部门经验教训。
