Responsibility:
1. Assist GM to manage the daily operation of the plant。
2. Assist GM to support the work of the headquarters in Shanghai and Singapore
3. Assist GM to coordinate commercial, technology, project, O&M departments, involving in new projects, participate in relevant Nanjing SembCorp business negotiation and drafting business contract.
4. Supervise and coordinate operation and maintenance department, to ensure plant uptime and compliance.
5. Supervise and coordinate operation, technical department's work to optimize process and operation in order to reduce the cost.
6. Supervise and guild the plant HSE.
7. Assist GM and other department managers, to build and maintain company’s good relationship with relative authorities, customers and suppliers.
8. Assist GM to review and approve of plant activities to ensure it within company’s procedure.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the GM.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in environmental engineering or other technology.
2. Have 10 years working experience and at least 5 years people management experience in industrial wastewater treatment or industry water field.
3. Be familiar with BOT/BOO/TOT business model.
4. A good business acumen, willing to take challenges and able to work under pressure.
5. Self-motivated, very good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Fluent in English.
