Despite being an industry leader in campus recruitment, Citi campus recruitment team are re-evaluating our current campus operating model, structure, programs, technologies, brand and social media activities. The Campus Recruitment and Program Manager will support this evolution with strong connectivity regionally, globally and by product. We are interested in campus experts who are committed to redefining the traditional campus models with aspirations to implement best practices and to review and evaluate existing processes and programs.
Job Purpose:
?This role is a key-role within the Campus recruitment team. Specifically, the incumbent will have program management responsibilities for Citi’s campus recruitment and program management activities.
Job Background/context:
?The campus recruitment team is responsible for managing talent programs such as the Management Associate program and Citi Internship program. The team also looks after Citi’s campus engagement strategy and maintaining university relationships so as to retain and defend Citi’s positioning as a Top Employer of Choice.
Key Responsibilities:
?Work proactively with business managers and HR Generalists in developing sound talent programs as important talent pipelines to fulfill business strategies.
?Build up our talent brand at our targeted campuses and social media
?Develop and maintain relationships with targeted universities
?Own the recruitment from selection process (including screening, selection, organizing interviews, case studies etc) to offer
?Be responsible for the program management, including but not limited to understanding business needs, facilitating program participants’ rotations, performance management, career counselling, training, and retention strategy etc
?Manage day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to on-boarding, employee life cycle management, comp planning etc
?Be responsible for overseeing the Internship program end-to-end, including evaluating the existing internship programs and their alignment to business needs, the recruitment strategy, program marketing, selection and interview process, facilitating placements, on-boarding, induction, performance management etc and ensuring a comprehensive internship experience
?Lead the team in the development and implementation of Citi’s campus engagement strategy
?Execute the engagement and recruitment activities by liaising with partners including the universities and other industry associations
?Other logistics and administrative duties
Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s Degree or above from an accredited college or university is preferred
?Highly capable of multiple tasking in a high-impact environment
?Strong communication, influence and interpersonal skills
?Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
?Meticulous with an eye for detail as will be working with a lot of data and different timelines
?At least 3-5 years relevant experience
