Responsibilities
* Support company with on-line business or the relevant direction.
* Responsible for developing, implementing and managing business development strategies in order to achieve business growth target.
* Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local authorities, organizations and institutes
* Establish and maintain strategic customer relationships in order to achieve maximum advantage for the company with the delivery of a quality product or service to its customers.
* Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short and long term performance. Drive and follow through implementation of goals to deliver growth target.
Requirements:
* 10 years in the relevant industry and 5 years+ Experience of online/b2c is must
*Bachelor degree (preferably in marketing or textile engineering); MBA preferred
* Excellent marketing perception and a keen grasp of market dynamics
*Ability, confidence and track record of interfacing with and developing strong relationships with customers.
* Proven ability to pursue, propose and win new business and a strong urge to win.
* Experience working in a multinational corporation and ability to manage within a matrix environment without losing focus or a sense of personal responsibility.
* An ability to support the development of clear, customer-focused business strategies and to help deliver them through gaining customer confidence.
* Leadership, team spirit, enthusiasm, a relentless approach to the delivery of our core values are key characteristics.
* Strong sense of urgency and initiative requiring little direction and ability to work independently.
* Operating with the highest integrity and ethical behavior and maintaining confidentiality.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual and fluent in Mandarin and English.
* Ability to present effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to customers, senior management.
