欧葆庭集团

法国欧葆庭集团成立于1989年，其创始人，亦是现任董事长，为著名的法国神经内科专家茅瑞恩博士(Dr. Jean-Claude MARIAN)。欧葆庭的养老和医疗机构之使命是为身体和精神存在不同程度失能情况的人群提供关键的护理、照料和服务，奉行尊重每个人的人格尊严和个性化需求的理念，维护和恢复他们的生命质量。

欧葆庭面向不同年龄和不同自主能力的人群提供全面的护理和服务，主要分为四大板块：
- 医护型养老机构
- 康复医院
- 精神疾患康复中心
 - 居家护理服务

作为领军欧洲的养老与康复护理专家，截至2016年1月，欧葆庭集团旗下共经营733家医护型养老机构、康复医院和精神疾患康复中心，遍布全球10个国家，总计床位74272张。

欧葆庭在中国的发展

？    2013年，欧葆庭正式入驻中国，集团中国区总部位于上海。
？    2014年，中法建交50周年之际，欧葆庭集团与中国国家开发银行子公司国开东方签署战略合作协议，共同开展合作项目。同时，亦签署在南京市建立分支机构的项目合约。
？    2015年，欧葆庭集团联手北京协和医院老年科共同打造“协和－欧葆庭老年医护培训”，致力于推动养老服务行业在中国的发展，为中国老年医护和养老服务行业输出高层次专业人才。至2016已成功举办三届，累计结业学员达160余名。
？    2016年，欧葆庭仙林国际颐养中心正式开业运营。该项目位于南京市栖霞区，设有111个房间，最大容量140张床位，是针对失能、半失能和失智老人设置的专医护型养老机构。该项目按欧葆庭集团最高标准打造，是欧洲标准与中国文化相融合的典范。

欧葆庭集团长期立足中国市场，积极在中国各大主要城市开展新的项目，致力于向中国家庭推广欧洲标准的医护服务。

ORPEA was founded in 1989 by its current Chairman of the Board, Doctor Jean-Claude Marian. The Group’s mission is to support and take care of people with physical or psychological loss of autonomy, by providing them with the essential nursing and care, in order to ensure their well-being, and respect their dignity and individuality.

ORPEA proposes a complete offer of service and care, for people at every stage of life, and for all kinds of dependencies:
-    Nursing homes for dependent elderly people
-    Rehabilitation and post-acute care hospitals
-    Psychiatric hospitals
-    Home care

As of 2016, ORPEA is the European leader in dependency care, with a global network of 715 facilities, totaling 74272 beds in 10 countries.

ORPEA has built its network with a constant mindset of continuous improvement of its quality standards, through continuous training of its team, scientific research and permanent communication with medical authorities, governments and families.
Relying on strong human values, ORPEA developed a comprehensive set of operating processes aiming at ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of its residents, and is always upgrading its standards in order to deliver the best level of care and service.

ORPEA has been present in China since 2013, and is headquartered in Shanghai.
-    In 2014, for the 50th anniversary of the Sino-French diplomatic relations, ORPEA signed a strategic partnership with China Development Orient, a subsidiary of the China Development Bank, aiming at developing ORPEA’s activities in China, as well as a first project in Nanjing city, Jiangsu Province.
-    In 2015, ORPEA set up a Training Program in Elderly Care in partnership with Beijing Xiehe Hospital (PUMCH). By March 2016, already 160 healthcare professionals have graduated.
-    In 2016, ORPEA opened its first facility in China: a 140-bed nursing home for dependent elderly people, with high-end accommodation and service, and advanced nursing and care, bringing together the Group’s highest standards and the necessary adaptation of the operating model to the Chinese specificities.
