职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities
? Schedule the production Plan & shipment plan, work with the production team to make sure the on time delivery;
? Perform the order process, interface with customers and provide timely response to customer’s request including order confirmation, shipping schedule, etc
? Support projects planning, working with relative functions like Commercial, Sourcing,
? Collect and analyze data and information to finish reports like OTD, workload, Plan fulfillment etc.;
? Follow up the Slotting plan and Build plan to coordinate the production rhythm with relative functions
? Release and correct work order, correct material, unite and quality.
? Make production weekly plan and follow up production situation. To report abnormal situation in time.
? Follow and check material consuming situation for work order. Confirm with sourcing of arrive date of materials. Coordinate warehouse and QC to release urgent material to production line.
? Confirm of deliver date according to material status. Work with sourcing to confirm material arrive date and communicate with chief production planner about the deliver date. Take good deal with rush order and situation of lacking material.
? Remind production supervisor to check the production task according to material situation and deliver date of work order. Coordinate with warehouse and QC for production inspect.
? Make weekly RK/PK, Overdue, Past due analysis review and make next-step plan according to data analysis.
? Arrange inventory audit and make audit report and improvement suggestion.

Qualifications Required
? University degree, major in logistic / supply chain.
? 3+ years associated working experiences of logistic and supply chain management and 2 years works as independent planning/ procurement in a multi-national company.
? Sound knowledge in ERP/Oracled,
? Good communication skill, good spoken/written English and Mandarin
? Strong interpersonal skill, Fine PC skills 举报 分享
