职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities
? Maintain and repair all processing equipment and automation line.
? Develop and maintain Preventative maintenance program.
? Improve the facilities and operating equipment.
? Prepares plant and installs all new equipment required by plant.
? Promote the OEE of equipment. Analysis and improve the quality and low efficiency issue caused by equipment.
? Reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the quality performance through equipment and process improvement.
? Train operation team for equipment operation and train technicians for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
? Develop SOP and related equipment document with regular review and update.
? Others assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications Required
? BS in Engineering, electric or mechanic, or College diploma with extensive production support experience
? At least 5 year related working experience in electronics industry, the process or the maintenance experience
? Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.)
? Strong technical acumen
? Highly motivated, energetic, and creative
