职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities
? Order processing: interface with customers and provide timely response to customer’s request including order confirmation, shipping schedule, etc
? Act as leader of the plant production planner , interface with production and engineering for capacity production plan balance, work order release base on customers’ needs; related shipping plan and delivery schedules; metrics.
? Involve and interface the NPI projects and work with project team to ensure the improved objectives, particular for material supply.
? Own the fulfillment objectives for request kept(RK%)and promise kept(PK%), this is includes driving behavior, problem solving and setting/monitoring team objectives to ensure the targets are exceeded.
? Responsible for Oracle ASCP module, continuous works on system accuracy and improvement, to smooth production, control inventory to a proper level
? Foster close cooperation with related departments, both within China and the wider global/functional business.
? Share ownership of inventory, including WIP and FG’s, to ensure minimal inventory levels, accuracy and service level optimization. Plus work with purchasing team to drive the right RAW material stocking policy.
? Monitoring production schedules and evaluates effectiveness & productivity;
? Supporting operation to set up longer term operation resource plan base on forecast demand.
? Involve in NPI projects and work with project team to ensure the material supply smoothly.
? Participate in lean manufacturing activities, initiate &lead cost out projects
? Work with cross functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
? Lead the planner team to pursue continues improvement in work environment on process optimization to reach and exceed department G&O.
? Develop team members to stretch their capability and give appraisal per their performance.
Qualifications Required
? University degree, major in logistic / supply chain.
? 5+ years associated working experiences of logistic and supply chain management and 3+ years works as senior planner within a multi-national manufacturing company.
? Sound knowledge in ERP, working knowledge in SAP/MRPII or Oracle a definite asset
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
? Good communication skill, good spoken/written English and Mandarin
