1.At least 5 years of experience in managing a large scale operation with exposure to manufacturing management, operations analysis, financial/budgeting knowledge and engineering applications.
2.Highly preferred is someone who has worked for at least 2 years at a major contract manufacturer
3.Experience with low volume and high mix environment such as consumer electronics, SMT, PCBAs, Plastic Injection or similar fields.
4.A successful track record of ‘hands-on’ manufacturing experience gained in Asia would be a definite advantage.
5.Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate and lead a large team and to delegate effectively where necessary.
6.The ability to recruit, train and motivate competent managers, engineers and supervisors to attain a high level of performance throughout the team.
7.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate concepts, complex issues and multiple options into concise plans and proposals
8.The candidate must be: accurate; hands-on; detail oriented; well organized; and able to prioritize tasks
9.Must have the ability to multi-task and manage a varied and constantly changing workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
10.A firm and independent personality, with a high degree of drive and initiative.
11.Culturally diverse, flexible and with the potential to grow beyond the role.
12.Strong and clear verbal communications in English
13. Integrity and ethical standards which are beyond reproach.
