GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Responsible for tracing and maintenance for the procedure instruction of existing products and sheet of
parameter-enactment;
2) Responsible for auditing existing product periodically,updating PFMEA that is identified per PFMEA and the
plan of CP;
3) Responsible for analyzing and solving exceptional problem on process that happen in workshop;
4) Responsible for workout action plan and following up for the quality problem report;
5) Responsible for continuous improving the process;
6) Responsible for compiling the training information of process and training the relevant people;
7) Responsible for assisting product engineer on quotation of new product;
8) Responsible for doing PFMEA for trail-producing of new product/producing in batch;
9) Responsible for setting down trail-producing plan for the product developing plan and evolvement, finishing sample on time;
10) Responsible for workout operating instructor and checklist of parmeter enactment;
11) Responsible for guiding for new product from trail-producing to produce in batch;
12) Responsible for training some relevant people;
13) Responsible for compiling ECAP of new equipement with equipment engineer and participating in checking and receiving equipment;
14) Other task assigned by company GM.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1) Bachelor's degree, specialize in Mechanical ;
2) Fluent English speaker;
3) More than three years working experience of automotive rubber components, guide of auto rubber components of the plant;
4) Stronger work experience in Manufacturing Engineering with auto components processes and mold tooling (hands-on work experience on the shop floor during new product launches and day-to-day production problem-solving).
5) ISO/TS 16949 experience;
Familiar with drawing in CAD and office software.
