南昌招聘

1) Responsible for compiling process flowchart, product process standard and product controlling plan;
2) Responsible for compiling new process technical plan, and testing and validating new process before formal production;
3) Responsible for developing process of existing product, amending process and auditing of temporary process action;
4) Responsible for compiling form of BOM;
5) Responsible for putting forward requirement of equipment specification and using standard of die, operators' requirement for post technical ability;
6) Participating in quality factor analysis for product, help quality dept. to carry out product improvement;
7) Implementing developing research for new process and new material according to the programming technical developing;
8) According to developing plan of new product, responsible for implementing product design and trial-produce of new product;
9) Responsible for technical improvement of existing product;
10) Organizing technical and material using standard for product;
11) Auditing material accepting requirement of giving up using, auditing giving up using for unqualified product;
12) focus on processes on the shop floor (Process and Problem-Solving skills).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1) Bachelor's degree, specialize in Mechanical ;
2) Fluent English speaker;
3) More than three years working experience of automotive rubber components, guide of auto rubber components of the plant;
4) Stronger work experience in Manufacturing Engineering with auto components processes and mold tooling (hands-on work experience on the shop floor during new product launches and day-to-day production problem-solving).
5) ISO/TS 16949 experience;
Familiar with drawing in CAD and office software.Other Qualifications Required. (Like Travel Preference, etc.)
