职位描述：
岗位职责：
- Coordinates and checks the activity of the Quality Shift Leaders under his subordination;
协作并监督质量班长等下属员工的工作；
Ensures the Quality Shift Leaders and Quality Inspectors can understand and implement the work task 确保质量班长和检查员能够理解和执行本职工作任务；
- Cordinates the activity of the Fault elimination Team officers
协助故障消除小组工作；
- Establishes the mesures for eliminating the faults and checks the way they are put into practice and the efficiency thus obtained
检查采取的措施是否有效能围堵故障；
- Collaborates with the other departments for managing the internal complaints
协助其他部门共同处理客诉；
- Establishes the measures resulted from the audit/visit report of the client and coordinates their putting into practice
保证客户审核意见落实到位；
- Monitors the quality indicators and takes measures in case of non-conformities
监控质量指标为防发生异常；
- Ensures support to the Quality Manager in his coordination activity
协助质量经理开展工作；
任职要求：
-Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), medium level
熟悉办公软件操作；
-Knowledge of English advanced level
基本英语听说读写能力；
-Knowledge of the quality standards specific to systems ISO 9001,ISO 14001,ISO/TS16949
熟悉质量体系；
-Knowledge of the quality indicators
熟悉质量指标；
-Experience in leading personnel
有人员管理经验；
-Experience in the field of electrical harnesses manufacture and experience on a similar position in another production plant

    新公司位于风景秀丽的净月开发区，占地面积40000平方米，计划招聘员工1200人，预计2015年8月正式投产。
