职位描述：
Are you a high achieving sales person with a background in Education Software sales? Are you looking to join an innovative foreign-invested company with massive prospects for future career progression?

We are a two-year-old company that has developed a total solutions for English language schools in China. We believe we have a high-quality product that can be competitive industry wide with commensurate rewards for top performers. We are looking for a sales person who can increase awareness of the product and brand while driving revenue and growth.

You will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to head the sales team.

The Candidate:
Ideally, we require candidates with a demonstrable track record in the Education Software or SaaS arena who have worked in Telesales and/or Field Sales. Regardless of background, the most important talent that you must possess is diligence and the willingness to learn.

Key Requirements:
Highly motivated — entrepreneurial and ambitious
Communication skills — outgoing and articulate
A university education — preferred
Sales experience — necessary
Education or Technology Sales experience – a major plus
SaaS experience — a plus
Basic spoken English is essential

Expectations:
Work with the directors & team to develop and drive pipeline & close deals
Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across accounts
You must have the passion for career progression to manage, developing, mentoring and grow an internal sales team.

职责：
与公司高层管理者一起，进行团队开发和渠道推动，最终达成交易。
开发销售***实践方案，确保用户的稳定性以及扩展业务的机会。
你必须拥有发展事业的热情，对内部销售团队进行管理、指导。
