- 2-3 years working experience in international forwarding company in similar positions.
- need ambitions personality, have sales sense, be interesting in hunting new business.
- Familiar with office programs, good computer skills.

- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Effective written & speaking communications English skills.
- Stress & time management skills.

The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the overseas sales. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

- Demonstrate sound work ethics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In direct and tight cooperation with the BDA team leader.
- Closely daily communication with overseas agents (outside of Greencarrier Branch), focusing on Promoting sales, marketing activities and digging out the overseas agent business mainly according to the company requirement and direction.
-To follow and take action on the sales targets given by the company (BDA team leader) ensuring achievement and maximum returns.
-Striving for highest professionalism and efficiency.
-To develop high profile key accounts constantly whenever time allows.
- Reviewing existing accounts of overseas agents within North China and summary the data per week.
-To communicate goal oriented with internal operational contacts both locally and overseas agents to obtain competitive rates.
- to settle the complaints or case from overseas agents.
- Give full support to the sales team i.e. help out with indoor sales, inquires from clients and other tasks are inquired.
- Co-ordination of both external and internal visitors; ensuring personal attention to the respective visitors.
- Supporting & participating the respects events. Prime focus on events targeting client’s specific to the respective market.
Other accountabilities:
1) To represent and follow the GC philosophy, quality management system and highest standard of business practice.
2) Focusing on highest possible data quality, visibility and usage of cargo wise-tool.
3) Actively participant any type of company training and team activities.
4) To support a positive and attractive working atmosphere and environment.
5) Preparation of sales & marketing material for BDA team and company. Create specific presentations with related business, new products and promotions etc.
6) Working together with BDA team leaders and other team members to support the Planning and executing client events or other activities related with sales and marketing.
7) Promoting our internal development through marketing updates on GC intranet.
OFFICE WORKING HOURS:
1)You will be scheduled to work 8 hours per day and 5 day per week (9:00AM-17:30PM, according to company update instruction). And you will be entitled of TWO days off per week according to the local law.
2)You may be required to work beyond the normal hours stated above to discharge your duties at the sole discretion of the Company.
3)The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, amend or extend the working hours should the need arise.
