主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
? 协助建立车间质量体系
Assist building body shop quality system
? 牵头编制车间各种质量文件和车间文件的发布
Lead making body shop quality documents and all documents release
? 对整车测量报告进行分析,并能够协助工艺工程师验证车身和工装的精度
Analyze checking report and assist engineer check body assembly and T & F dimension
? 对整车车身进行质量评价,发展车间内部的车身评价标准
BIW quality evaluating and develop evaluation standard
? 车身质量车间内部的跟踪、解决,各种质量问题汇总分析及协助解决
Shop internal quality trace and solve, collect and analysis and assist solving
? 与设备和工艺/质量工程师完成投产期间和日常的测量分析工作
With maintenance / process / quality engineer finish launch work and checking and analysis
? 建立、发展、培训质量检查的自然工作组和成员
Build \ develop \ training quality technicians NWG and workers
? 协助新车型的投产准备和投产
Assist new module car launch prepare and launch

任职条件 Qualifications:
? 本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
? 具有汽车企业维修工作3年以上经验
Have three years experience as a maintenance in automobile line
? 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力
Good communication skill and team working ability.
? 具有英语能力--四级以上
English skills required—CET4

Taizhou·Geely V Automobile Project is an important program for transformation and upgrading of Geely Automobile in Taizhou. It is also one of the key industrial programs in Zhejiang province. Claiming a land area of 734.4 Km2 (equal to around 1101.6 Mu), and with total construction area of 393.954 Km2, upon completion, it will boast an annual output capacity of 200K vehicles, which will be mostly luxury cars compliant with globally uniform standards of technology and quality from Volvo, to be marketed internationally.

Aiming at tier one manufacturers of automobiles in the world as its benchmark target, this production site will be a modern plant equipped with automation for all processes, and advanced information and IT technologies, and at the same time it will be green and eco-friendly. At the site there will be shops covering the four major processes: Stamping, BiW (body in white), Painting, and TCF (also known as General Assembly elsewhere). The site is going to run at 30JPH, and there will be international logistic parks to meet its need for components and parts.

冲压工艺采用国际先进的高速自动化机械式冲压线;焊装工艺选用国际知名机器人焊接线,自动化率100%;涂装工艺采用国际先进的水性漆涂料和世界一流的德国杜尔涂装自动化生产线;总装工艺选用柔性总装线,可满足多车型混线生产,实现全智能化、信息化质量控制。项目遵循5"P"管理远策:人、流程、产品、营销、合作伙伴,实现企业可持续包容发展,同时采用废水处理、中水回用等节能减排新技术,打造低碳环保、低排放、工艺领先的一流现代化绿色工厂。
Its Stamping shop adopts automatic high-speed mechanical press lines of international standards; in BiW shop, at welding lines robots from supplier(s) of world reputation will be seen, driving a 100% automation level; Painting shop boasts advanced paint material which is water-based, plus a world-class automatic painting line from Durr, a German supplier; the production lines in TCF is so designed and configured that it will be able to accommodate mixed production of multiple models, assisted by full scale implementation of information and IT technology based Quality Control measures. The program is to be managed following the so called 5P principle, i.e. the emphasis is laid on People, Process, Product, Promotion, and Partner, so as to achieve a sustainable and accommodating growth of the organization. Meanwhile, adoption of such new technologies for energy efficiency and emission cut, as Waste Water Treatment, and Utilization of Recycled Water, means that the plant is going to be a modern one featured with eco-friendliness, low carbon emission (or that of other harmful substances, for that matter), and very advanced production technologies.
