职位描述：
1. Provide technique support and site service for customer and follow up the effectiveness and feedback.
提供现场服务，跟踪质量改进措施的效果并及时反馈
2. Daily surveillance and report the customer on-site processes of assembling, testing, logistics to identify potential nonconforming leading product quality risk. Initiate, report, support, coordinate and follow-up problem solving.
每天监督和汇报客户现场装配、测试、物流服务等过程中出现的潜在不合格品，发起质量追踪、协调、问题解决的措施
3. Acquaint with customer quality status, problem handle process, organization, responsibilities and requirements,
熟悉客户质量状态、问题解决流程，了解客户组织架构及责任要求
4. Develop working relationship with customer quality function based on customer organization
负责与客户质量相关职能部门建立良好工作关系
5. Collect and identify the claim parts according to specification specified by quality engineer at regular time ， support to send back claims parts
按照客户工程师的技术指导，收集和辨认客户抱怨品，将抱怨品返回到工厂
6. For customer complaint, put the first priority, communication with customer, implement field observation and inspection, and make problem description according to D2 approach;
任何时候都将客户抱怨视为最高优先度，第一时间联系客户了解抱怨原因，进行现场观测，并根据D2撰写问题描述
7. Attend the discussion with containment scope, measure; implement the containment measures according to specific instruction on customer site according to D3 approach.
参与围堵措施讨论，执行围堵措施
8. Follow-up the root cause analysis and corrective action plan, introduce, and verification according to D4,5,6,7;
跟踪8D各个不同阶段对客户产品的影响
9. Collect quality information of competitors
收集竞争对手的质量信息.
10. Implement other task assigned by related engineer and manager.
执行质量工程师及领导的相关工作安排

任职要求：
1.Bachelor in mechanic & electric integration or related engineering background
机械&电气工程及相关专业本科学历
2.3 years above customer quality service experience.
三年从事顾客服务方面工作
3.Know well SGCN products structure and theory.
熟悉SGCN的产品结构及原理。
4. Know well products failure and handle method.
熟悉产品的故障模式及处理方法。
5. Long term resident Shanghai
能够长期驻上海
6. Good communication ability
