职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with designers to develop the desirable products according to the tightly time frame.
- Guiding the factories on the samples modifications base on the feed back from the customer
- Negotiating with the vendors for the quotation
- Monitoring the mass production schedule,controlling every step,
ensure finished goods shipped on time in correct shipping mode
- Responsible for all issues related to the product and technical support to the factories
- Weekly Operational Routine
- New Customer development
1、和设计师一起及时做好产品的开发工作；
2、指导工厂修改样品并及时和反馈给客户；
3、谈判报价；
4、掌控大货样的生产，确认交货期，船期和运输方式；
5、为相关工厂和产品提供技术支持
6.　提成年底另议
Basic Requirements:
-- 5 years or above solid experiences in Toys/Novelties business
- Professional business experience in purchase and production operations
- Excellent knowledge of both Mandarin and English
- Flexible working hours
- Excellent computer experience, Microsoft office, internet, as well as other industry software
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and oral including power point presentations
- Great team leadership and management skills

1、2年以上相关工作经验；
2、精通业务，采购和生产流程；
3、优秀的普通话和英语水平；
4、能适应加班；
5、能熟练运用办公软件；
6、做事细心有条理；
7、具有良好的中英文沟通能力
8、具有一定的领导能力和管理水平。

最好是从事过塑料类产品优先录用。（无需自己开发客户，稳定，压力小）
