Major Responsibilities:
Monitor sales information and achieve all relevant targets
Monitor all stores are working with all operational standards
Good communication between head office and all stores, should be find the operation problems and report to head office timely
Good communication with cross-function efficiently, such as Merchandising/ VM / Logistics / Finance.Be responsibility for the database analysis and summary, finding the solution.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
College degree or above
To have had above 3 year area experience working within the Luxury Retail Sector
To have proven track record in Retail Operations Management managing multiple stores
Excellent communication and 'people' skills, good sense of team work and aggressive
The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Good written English
Travelling is required
