岗位职责：

1 Manage daily MP&L activities to ensure operational requirements are met. These activities include supplier material planning, ordering, logistics, receiving, warehouse, packaging and customer deliveries.

2 Manage and report supplier performance and KPI’s

3 Establish a strong customer relationship to ensure Futuris has the best formal and informal delivery and forecasting information

4 Provide input into the design of the operational footprint, including standard layout, location and specifications in support of the operations strategy

5 Undertake a post operational implementation review, to ensure original project assumptions and inputs were accurate and achieved, capturing variations and lessons learned for future BCM's

6 Manage the requirements and specifications for a logistics tendering process

7 Establish areas of responsibility for logistics providers (ie: RASIC), with clearly identified and articulated KPI's

8 Develop and manage the Logistics & Supply Chain financial and headcount forecast

9 Ensure the Logistics & Supply Chain Team search for opportunities to improve financial management systems/ reporting where appropriate

10 Manage an effective performance management process within function, communicate direction, progress against plan, initiatives & changes

11 Foster a productive and positive working culture and employee welfare

任职要求：

Qualifications

1 Essential - Degree qualified in Logistics/Commerce/Engineering/Manufacturing

2 Desirable: Postgraduate studies in management or logistics related discipline, and project Management qualification

Experience

1 At least 3-year operational experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies

2 Experience of ERP systems and root cause analysis of material shortages

3 A sound knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practice principles

4 Experience in a "Just In Time” environment, preferably within the Automotive Industry

5 Experience in new facilities set up, material replenishment and delivery systems

6 Experience in managing and developing budgets/forecast

7 Experience in managing and developing a team of logistic professionals

8 Project management experience

Skills & Knowledge

1 Solid knowledge on ERP, deep understanding of material planning methodologies

2 Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office

3 Strong communication skills

4 Knowledge of OHS standards and processes, FIFO

5 Solid understanding of application of logistics and supply chain systems

6 Strong understanding of automotive lean manufacturing systems and principles (TPS, 5S, material flow)

7 Strong Leadership & Change Management Skills

8 Sound knowledge of Quality Systems (i.e. TS16949, APQP) 举报 分享
