职位描述
职责:
> 1. Meet and or exceed annual materials cost reduction and competency expectation;
> 2. Develop cost model of buying module components commodity,including understanding of “potential”, “ideal” price;
> 3. Develop purchasing strategies for assigned commodity to achieve ideal price and meet cost savings target;
> 4. Manage the pu Prepare enquiry packages and screen the base of potential suppliers;
> 5. Conduct commercial discussions and check the technical and commercial plausibility of offers;
> 6. Understand and analyze the cost elements and the cost drivers;
> 7. Prepare the relevant documentation to propose a supplier for aproject;
> 8. Basic contract negotiation;
> 9. . Interact with and support colleagues from commercial purchasing, quality and technical team;
> 10. Develop purchasing strategies for assigned commodity to achieve ideal price and meet cost savings target;
> 11. Meet and or exceed annual materials cost reduction andcompetency expectation;
> 12. Special assignments
要求
EXPERIENCES NEEDED:
> The ideal candidate will have/be:
> University degree bachelor of engineering (mechanical engineering preferred)
> Minimum 3-4 years experience as technical buyer preferably in theautomotive industry
> Fluently English language both written and spoken
> Be familiar with automotive related procedures (PPAP, several stages ofsampling, release process…)
> Knowledge of Q systems such as QS9000 or ISO/TS 16949 is highly valued
> Good negotiating skills and able to lead team negotiation as well
> Ability to work in a matrixed organization
