Responsibilities:
Sales Supervisors will primarily be responsible for identifying prospective licensees and generate sales based on these
Day to Day Sales Activities – 90%
-Identify potential licensees and generate sales leads based on assigned product categories / industries (home textile and household products)
-Presentation of brand materials as part of sales pitch
-Assist in the preparation and presentation of deal memos to potential licensees
-Due diligence of potential licensees
-Gather market intelligence for assigned product categories
-Generate weekly sales report
Ad-hoc Activities and Projects – 10%
-Assist in trade conferences and shows
-Other projects, as needed
Requirements:
-College graduate or above
-CET4
-Experience in brand licensing
-Experience in sales
-Experience in household products/home textiles
-Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese) is required
-Enthusiastic in Sales
-Good team player
-Good attitude/personable
-Independent worker
-Knowledge of brand licensing for China
-Knowledge/connections with potential licensees in China
