Job Description:
1.Act as business partner to provide HR total solutions in line with HR strategy and branch business needs, including recruitment, performance management, C&B, HR operation services, training and employee development, talent management, employee relations etc;
2. Work closely with branch business leaders to continuously improve employee engagement;
3.Support branch business leaders on culture build-up and provide consultancy to business leaders;
4. Per the business needs and internal customers needs, provide efficient and effective HR services;
5.Ensure HR practice is in line with HR process and internal regulations, as well as labor law and regulations, proactively give feedback to Home Office HR team and participate in HR projects;
7. Submit required reports to Home Office HR timely;
8.Other tasks assigned by line manager;??
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in business administration, HR management, or related field;
2.Minumum 5 years professional HR experience as business partner, with 3 years in a supervisory role;
3.Sound HR knowledge and hands-on experience;
4.Strategic thinking,business acumen and innovative mind,customer focus and result oriented,consultancy and influencing skills and Passion and energetic.
