职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、对学生进行专业性的学习指导、建立和保管学生档案；

2、处理学生投诉、收集学生的反馈信息并汇报给教学主管；

3、辅导相应级别的课程并给予学生有效的学习建议；

4、协助销售部门促进新老学员的续费和转介绍；

5、负责组织学员活动。

6. 督促学员学习，达到要求的进度指标

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历；

2、英语专业四级以上水平；口语流利、发音标准,有英语相关或者服务行业工作经验优先；

3、熟练操作OFFICE办公软件；

4、具有较强的责任心和团队意识及服务意识，良好的沟通、组织和管理能力；

5、有雅思或托福教学经验者优先。 举报 分享
