Key Responsibilities :
? Proactively recommend creative communication solutions for marketing proposals.
? Design key visuals for digital marketing campaigns
? Develop and maintain strong design approval processes for the organization.
? Attend meetings as assigned.
? Manage production of all print content from conception to completion.
? Partner with internal and external business partners as needed on the development of communication content.
? Maintain quality check on all pieces.
? Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
   Required Skills :
? A minimum of 3 years of work experience in visual content production.
? In-­‐depth knowledge of Adobe software including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere and After Effects.
? Expert working knowledge of HTML & HTML5, CSS2 & 3
? Extensive knowledge of coding responsive html email, including understanding of cross Email Service Provider support. Knowledge about a CSS framework such as Bootstrap or Zurb Foundation
? Other front end languages; JavaScript & jQuery a plus
? Experience drawing and photography is a plus.
? Ability to learn and adjust to new ideas and digital technologies.
? Driven to elevate the stylistic quality of your own work.
? Obsessed with the viewer’s experience.
? Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to troubleshoot, debug and solve problems in a timely manner
? Ability to stay apprised of new software tools and incorporate as a resource to achieve team KPI’s
? Experience with or knowledge of best practice digital assets within APAC countries
