职位描述
The job holder performs the following tasks independently at his/her own responsibility:
? Purchase from suppliers (communication with suppliers, inquiries, price negotiation, disposition, follow up, approval of invoices)
? Search and identification of potential suppliers for non-catalogue items
? Comparison of offers and prices / placing orders
? Administration of complaints
? Supervision of deadlines in written form or by telephone
? Follow up of delivery dates
? Invoice check / credit notes / bonuses
? Maintenance and check of item and supplier master data
? Correspondence in Chinese and English (or German language)
? Calculation of prices
? Creation and processing of diverse statistics
? Preparation and post-processing of condition agreements
? Interface to sales and logistics
? Assistance for the product managers / head of product management for daily business tasks
Competence:
? Knowledge in purchasing, ideally in the tool business
? Knowledge of SAP, or comparable ERP software
? Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
? Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
? Very precise, correct and independent work attitude
? Good communication skills
? Like to work in a team and shows good team spirit
