职位描述：

1、 转接总机电话；

2、 公司文件，信件，函电的接收与传达；

3、 管理办公用品（包括订购文具，桶装水等），对公司人员申请领用办公用品进行登记；

4、 访客记录的管理；

5、 接待安排客人来访；

6、 登记会议室的使用情况；

7、 每天早上发布员工的当日缺勤情况与外出登记；

8、 快递的询价事宜；

9、 协助各部门之间的协调工作

要求：

1、人力资源或行政管理专业专科学历，1年以上相关工作经验；

2、熟练使用office办公软件；

3、英语CET-4级

4、为人诚实，认真踏实，处事灵活，能承受工作压力，性格开朗，具有良好的团队合作精神。
