职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure new projects development done as per customer's requirements timely, support from other departments is available.
2. Ensure competitive price for new items after development finished.
3. Continuously work with cost reductions for existing articles.
4. Ensure open orders deliver on time, good control of necessary details like tooling, samples, packaging, tests done timely. Good foresee of potential risks in delivery.
5. Maintain supplier performance, identify the needs of the new suppliers. Able to source some new factories for certain new products.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in merchandising or project developing. Good product knowledge of sporting and outdoor products is preferred, combination experience of merchandising and engineering is most preferred.
2. Good understanding of the customer's expectation/ requirements to new projects.
3. Strong and flexible negotiation skills in working with suppliers on new projects and price.
4. Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative, must be able to work under pressure and tight schedules.6. Have Passion and "Can-Do-Attitude"
5. Fluent in English (written and oral) and Mandarin (written and oral).
6. Must have strong computer skills, email, Word, Excel, etc.
7. 4 year university degree in a related major, industrial education background is a plus.
8. Willing to travel to factories when necessary.
9. Good team work spirit.
